I have a TICA Libra SA 4000. The part of the handle that you touch while turning the handle fell off in transit because the special fitting came loose and was lost. I can't find this model on the website. The reel has been rendered useless. I am not happy. When the handle was intact, the reel performed well. What good is that now? If it was just a screw, I could repair it but it is a special part that I am not able to duplicate. That was a poor way to spend a fishing trip. What can you do to help me get the reel working again or do I have something to throw away?
